How it works

For Primary Care Practicioners

1. LOGIN AND CHOOSE A SPECIALIST

Login to your portal and select the specialty you wish you consult with. You can choose a specific specialist, or click 'Any Specialist'.

2. SELECT DATE AND TIME

The specialists' availability will be shown on the calendar. Choose the date and time you would like to book the consult for, and click confirm.

3. FILL OUT THE CONSULT REQUEST FORM

You will be prompted to fill out a request form to submit to the specialist. Here you will relay relevant information on the patient you wish to consult for.

4. WAIT FOR YOUR CALL

You're booked! The specialist will call you at the scheduled time.

5. RECEIVE YOUR REPORT

Following the call, the specialist will write a consult report detailing the conversation. You will be notified when it is ready to view, and it can be downloaded to add into your EMR.

How it works

For Specialists

1. INPUT AVAILABILITY

Login to the portal and click "My Availablity." There you can specify the windows of time that you areable to do phone consults

2. NOTIFICATION

You will receive a text message and email notification when a clinican books a phone consult with you.

3. REVIEW REQUEST

Login to to your account and review the referral. It will be available from the dashboard calendar and under the "Upcoming Consults" heading.

4. MAKE THE CALL

Call the clinician at the scheduled time and provide advice.

5. WRITE UP REPORT

Click on the consult request and then on "Submit Followup." Type in the summary of your phone conversation and submit.
