At Virtual Hallway, we’re always working to make it easier for clinicians to connect, collaborate, and care for patients. Each month, we’ll share highlights of what’s new, what’s improved, and what’s coming soon — all shaped by your feedback.
In this release:
- Clinicians can now add bios to help colleagues get to know them.
- Notes has a new option for administrative documentation.
- A redesigned sidebar makes navigation more intuitive.
- Specialists can activate a unique link to share their availability.
- Plus, sneak peeks of Referral Assistant (AI-powered) and a new CME viewing experience.
👉 Read on for the details, and let us know what you think — your input drives what we build next.
Clinician Bios
Now, every clinician can add a bio in their account settings. When you do a consult, colleagues will be able to see your bio and learn more about your background and expertise. It’s a simple way to build trust and connection.

Notes: Administrative Notes
Notes isn’t just for consults anymore. You can now create administrative notes for meetings, planning, or any non-clinical documentation you want to keep organized.

Redesigned Sidebar
We’ve given the sidebar a fresh look to make navigation more logical and intuitive. Finding what you need — whether it’s consults, notes, or CME — is now smoother and easier to navigate.

Specialist Unique Link
Specialists can now generate a Unique Link from their availability page. Share your link directly with colleagues so they can view your availability instantly — no login required.
You can share it by:
- Text or email
- QR code (perfect for meetings or presentations)
- Fax (yes, still useful for many clinics)
